The biggest sports management conference and one of the biggest in Europe, Front Runners in Sports Management 5.0 is a free-to-attend conference organized by the experienced team of ActiveMedia Group, the multi-awarded sports marketing agency in Greece, and the Deree Sports Management Program and Sports Management Student Society. It takes place on Thursday, December 7, Friday, December 8 and Saturday, April December 9, 2023.
This year, the conference hosted esteemed speakers from national and international sports organizations: Kings, Bucks, Manchester City, FIBA, WWF, Loughborough University, Bergamo University.
Front Runners in Sports Management 5.0 serves as a platform for promoting Sustainable Development in the field of sports. This year’s conference featured insights from sports ambassadors of the MOTODYNAMICS Group, including the best Greek female racewalker of all time, two-time European gold medalist, and bronze world champion, Antigoni Ntrismpioti, the best Greek pole vaulter & 4th Olympian in Tokyo, Emmanouil Karalis, the Olympic bronze medalist in sailing in Rio and 8th Olympian in Tokyo Pavlos Kagialis, and the Greek sailing champion Giannis Orfanos.
