On November 26-28, 2023, representatives from Austria, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Greece, Italy, and Spain convened to discuss the launch and primary goals of Rise Empowered Above Sexual Violence in Sports, an Erasmus Plus co-funded initiative known as RISE, dedicated to tackling the issue of sexual violence in sports.
The agenda included establishing the project management plan, signing partnership agreements, presentations on project results, financial management, quality assurance plans, and strategies for dissemination and exploitation.
The three-day meeting concluded with discussions on follow-up tasks, milestones, and deadlines.
The project is supported by the #ErasmusPlus Programme of the European Union, coordinated by Social Policy and Action Organization from Cyprus, in partnership with organizations from Austria, Bulgaria, Greece, Italy and Spain and will deliver activities in the period 2024 – 2026.
