Polymeros Chrysochou is a Professor in Marketing, Department of Management, Aarhus University. He is coordinator for industry collaboration at MAPP Centre. He is adjunct researcher and advisory board member in the Center for Tourism, Food and Leisure of the American College Greece. His research focuses on branding and marketing communications, emphasizing on topics of food marketing, packaging design, and sustainability. He has published in several journals, such as Journal of Business Research, Marketing Letters, Psychology & Marketing, Food Quality and Preference, and Scientific Reports. He serves as an Associate Editor in the Journal of Product and Brand Management.
